Within 48 hours of the storm, our inspector is on your Ault roof. We check for hail impact, wind-driven shingle lift, cracked ridge caps, and any penetration failures. A full photo report is provided regardless of whether damage is found.
Claim Documentation
Our office prepares the claim package: photo evidence, damage scope, material specifications, and repair estimate in Xactimate format. We file with your carrier and track the claim through to adjuster assignment.
Adjuster Meeting
Your adjuster gets a guided tour of the damage by our inspector. We speak the same language: hail hit classification, wind speed thresholds, manufacturer warranties voided by damage. This meeting is where claims get approved.
Quality Restoration
Once approved, our Ault crew handles the repair or replacement at the insurance-agreed price. You pay your deductible. We do the work, file the completion paperwork, and you're done.
